Terms of Service

1. Services Provided

BQ Stores provides ecommerce website setup, hosting management assistance, and ongoing support for small businesses in India. Our standard plan is ₹9,999/year. Custom plans are priced based on scope.

2. Payment Terms

• All payments are due upfront before work begins
• Yearly renewal is required to keep your store active
• Hosting and domain charges are separate and billed by the provider
• Custom plan pricing is quoted individually — final price agreed before any work starts
• Payment gateway processing fees (~2%) go directly to the gateway, not to us

3. Refund Policy

Due to the nature of digital services and setup work involved:

• Refunds are not available once store setup has commenced
• If we are unable to deliver the agreed store, a full refund will be issued
• Disputes must be raised within 7 days of delivery

4. Client Responsibilities

As a client, you are responsible for:

• Providing accurate business information, logo, and product details
• Ensuring all product images and content you provide are legally owned by you
• Renewing your plan on time to avoid service interruption
• Complying with applicable Indian laws (GST, consumer protection, etc.)

5. Intellectual Property

Once your store is fully paid for, the design and content belong to you. BQ Stores retains the right to showcase completed stores in our portfolio unless you request otherwise.

6. Support & Post-Launch Changes

Standard support (guidance, minor fixes) is included at no extra charge. Additional development work — new pages, features, or integrations — is quoted separately before any work begins. We never charge without prior agreement.

7. Service Continuity

BQ Stores will make reasonable efforts to keep your store live and functional. In case of planned downtime or maintenance, we will notify you in advance wherever possible.

8. Limitation of Liability

BQ Stores is not liable for loss of sales, revenue, or data arising from third-party platform outages, hosting issues, or payment gateway failures. Our liability is limited to the fees paid for the current term.

9. Termination

Either party may terminate the service. If you choose not to renew, your store will be deactivated after the paid period ends. You may request a data export before termination.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Tamil Nadu, India.
