Designed for Small Business Growth โ Our goal is to help small business owners start, test, and scale their products online with minimal risk and investment.
By using BQ Stores services, you agree to these terms. Please read carefully.
1. Services Provided
BQ Stores provides ecommerce website setup, platform access, hosting guidance, and ongoing support.
- Our standard plan starts at โน9,999/year; custom plans are priced based on business scope
- This service is designed to help you test your products online and grow step by step
โ ๏ธ Important: Clients are paying to use the platform and services โ not to own the platform or source code.
2. Platform Usage & Ownership
- The platform, system, and source code remain the property of BQ Stores
- Clients are given access to use the system to sell their products
- Source files, backend systems, or full ownership will not be shared or transferred
3. Payment Terms
- All payments must be made before the project starts
- Projects are generally yearly subscription-based unless otherwise agreed
- Yearly renewal is required to keep your website active
- In some cases, a 50% advance + 50% on completion model may be followed
- One-time development may be offered, but service renewal still applies
- Hosting, domain, and payment gateway charges are handled by third-party providers
4. Refund Policy
- No refunds once the store setup process has started, due to the nature of digital services
- Full refund will be provided only if we fail to deliver the agreed service
- Any concerns must be raised within 7 days after delivery
5. Client Responsibilities
- Provide accurate business information, product details, and branding materials
- Ensure all provided content and images are legally owned by you
- Timely renewal and service continuation are the client's responsibility
- Clients must comply with all applicable Indian laws (GST, consumer protection, etc.)
6. Delivery Commitment
- We deliver exactly what is promised and documented before starting the project
- All scope, features, and deliverables are clearly recorded before execution
- Any additional requirements beyond the agreed scope will be treated as extra work
7. Support & Post-Launch
- Basic support, guidance, and minor fixes are included
- Admin panel usage guidance and doubt clarification will be provided
- After the free support period, paid support will be applicable at a reasonable cost
- No additional charges will be applied without prior approval
8. Communication Policy
- Each project should have a single point of contact from the client side
- Multiple people communicating may delay progress and create confusion
- All discussions should remain structured and solution-oriented
9. Professional Conduct
- We focus on development, growth, and solution-based discussions
- Unnecessary arguments, excessive bargaining, or price comparisons are discouraged
- If you find better pricing elsewhere, you are free to choose them
- Our goal is to provide long-term value, not price-based competition
10. Service Continuity
BQ Stores will make reasonable efforts to keep your website running smoothly. Maintenance or downtime will be communicated in advance wherever possible.
11. Limitation of Liability
BQ Stores is not responsible for losses caused by third-party services (hosting, payment gateways, etc.). Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the current service period.
12. Termination
- Service will end if renewal is not completed
- Website will be deactivated after expiry
- Clients can request a data export before termination
13. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Tamil Nadu, India.
